These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the website operated by She Reads Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by She Reads Co. are custom-made through a print-on-demand process.

Production begins shortly after payment confirmation. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.

Because items are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of damage or manufacturing error.

2. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed in USD (unless otherwise stated).

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges required by their country.

We are not responsible for additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

3. Order Acceptance

An order is considered accepted only after:

Payment is successfully processed
An order confirmation email is sent

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

Suspected fraud
Pricing errors
Abuse of refund policies
Resale attempts

If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

4. Production & Delivery

Estimated production time: 2–4 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Customs processing
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.)

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless:

The item arrives damaged
There is a verified production defect
The wrong item was sent

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to: hello@shereadsco.com

Customers must provide:

Order number
Clear photos of the item
Photo of the shipping label

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a replacement or refund will be issued.

Refund abuse or repeated claims may result in refusal of future orders.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, product descriptions, graphics, branding elements, and website content are the exclusive property of She Reads Co.

Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, resale, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to pursue legal action in cases of intellectual property infringement.

7. Marketing & Advertising Disclaimer

She Reads Co. uses third-party advertising platforms including, but not limited to:

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
TikTok
Google

We may use tracking technologies such as cookies, pixels, and analytics tools to measure advertising performance and improve user experience.

By using our website, you acknowledge that data may be collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of third-party advertising platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, She Reads Co. shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or revenue
Delays outside our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in good faith.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by applicable international e-commerce laws.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate jurisdiction where legally permitted.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on the website.
